They called claiming my daughter was being sent to collections for ordering obscene magazines that we had never recieved. She asked what name was on the credit card used to order the magazine. They responded with "They didn't use a credit card." She then asked how she placed an order to which they replied she used a VISA. She doesn't own a VISA so she asked which name was on the card used, they said "How old are you?" when she explained she had just recently turned 18 they told her she was a minor so they couldn't give out that information. So she gave me the phone and I asked what name was on the card. They told me they could only disclose the information to her. She asked when the order was placed. They told her "a while ago." she then asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they'd have to call her back, because he was eating.

caller said they were from the US customs and borders and have an open non criminal case in the narcotics department. I don't travel and feel this is a fraud. They also used my maiden name.

CALLED AND STATED THEY WERE MORGAN & ASSOCIATES AND I WAS BEING SUED AND MY LAYWER AND I HAD TO REPORT TO THE SUPREME COURT MONDAY. RIGHT!! THE SUPREME COURT....NEVER GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO ADVISE ME WHAT I DID WRONG JUST GOT THE #AND HUNG UP.SO ANNOYED AS THIS CALL WAS TO MY WORK # I AM BUSY AND DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS CRAP!!!

Automated for credit card % lowering. Hit 9 if interested. No info on what cards. I hit 9 to see who was on the other end and what business they had calling my house and to take me off their list. As soon as I asked "what cards they had access to and thought I might be interested in lowering" he hung up on me abruptly. Obviously a scam waiting on someone with no common sense to gain a number.

I got a text from this number and the next day $840 was taken off my card.

Received harassing call from this number after I and my parents received several harassing calls from "Unavailable" number.

WOW, THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST, THEY CALL YOU JOB, SEND FAXES TO I DON'T KNOW WHO, AND EVERYONE THEY TALK TO THE TELL ALL YOUR PERSONAL BUSINESS. I HAVE SOME OF THE COVERSATIONS ALONG WITH THE FAXES TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT GOING TO ANY AND EVERY DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE ABOUT TO MAKE ME LOSE MY JOB.
